Pen samples are only shipped on Monday mornings (except holidays). If order is placed on a Monday which is a holiday, or if the Monday following your order date is a holiday, pens samples will ship on the following Tuesday. Please allow up to 14 calendar days for delivery of your samples. Your credit card will not be charged until after your sample pen order has shipped.

Pen samples ship via USPS Priority Mail (Small Flat Rate Box).

Sample pens may not be returned, and no credit will be given toward any future purchase with the exception of the $5.00 coupon code that will accompany your order, which can be used for a $5.00 discount on your order of custom printed promotional pens from CheapPens.com.

Promotional pen sample payments are processed through CCNow. The charge on your credit card billing statement will show as DRI*CCNOW.COM*PENS.
